From two friends to a full bachelor-party van. Up to eight works with any of our photographers at any location; beyond that, mention the number when booking so we match you with someone experienced in larger groups and pick spots with space to arrange everyone — waterfall plateaus and wide beaches over narrow canyon paths. Big-group sessions get structure so nobody freezes waiting around: everyone together first, then smaller combinations, then candids while you simply hang out. One tip from experience: appoint one friend as the photographer's liaison; herding twelve people through wind is a two-person job.

Iceland bachelor and bachelorette trips are a speciality — the country was built for them. The usual format is a photographer joining a half-day of your itinerary: a Golden Circle loop, the south-coast waterfalls, or a Reykjavik evening start. The guest of honour gets a short portrait moment (those become the wedding-slideshow gold), the group gets the full documentary treatment, and any props, sashes or matching outfits are enthusiastically welcomed. If the trip includes activities like snowmobiling or a lagoon, tell us — photographers can often shoot the before-and-after even where the venue itself restricts cameras.

One person books and pays through the platform, and the group settles up however you normally do — the booking itself doesn't need everyone's cards. Per person, a group session is usually one of the cheapest line items of an Iceland trip: split six ways it costs less than the whale-watching tickets, and unlike the rental-car insurance, everyone actually wants what it buys. Every member of the group gets access to the full gallery download, so there's no awkward forwarding of watermarked previews later.

The opposite — group shoots are the easiest sessions there are, because the dynamic already exists. Your photographer doesn't manufacture moments; they position the group where the light and backdrop are right and let your usual nonsense happen. The person who narrates everything, the one who's always cold, the two who bicker about directions — that's the content. A few organised frames anchor the set (the lineup, the walk, the summit-style arms-raised shot), and the rest is documentary. The consistent feedback from groups afterwards: it didn't feel like a photoshoot, it felt like the trip — which is why the photos look like it too.
