Corporate work is quoted per project rather than from the standard session menu: you tell us the dates, the agenda, the deliverables and the usage you need, and you receive a single written quote covering photography time, travel outside Reykjavik, any second shooter or crew, and image licensing. Payment runs through the platform and you receive a proper invoice made out to your company with all the details your accounts department expects. Multi-day programmes and recurring events get package terms. There are no hidden extras: if a location charges a permit or production fee, it appears on the quote up front.

Same-day is standard for the images that matter most. For conferences and incentive days, photographers deliver a curated highlights set within hours — typically before the evening programme — so your social team can post while the event is still trending and the participants are still in Iceland. The full edited gallery follows within a few business days, sooner for smaller shoots. If you need live delivery during a keynote, or images in a specific format for an internal newsletter going out that night, say so when booking; it's routine, it just needs to be planned. Headshots and portraits come back retouched, usually within a week.

Yes to both. Photographers routinely sign NDAs for leadership offsites, unreleased-product shoots and strategy events — send your template with the enquiry, or use the platform's standard confidentiality terms. Usage rights are set out in writing in the quote: corporate bookings normally include internal use and the company's own channels, with broader licences for advertising, press or resale available on request. Where employees appear in the photos, we recommend collecting consent as part of your event registration; we can supply a short consent form for the purpose. Photographers also respect no-photo zones and closed sessions without being asked twice.
