Kirkjufell is 45 minutes away across the peninsula, which makes a two-session day easy: Arnarstapi's cliffs in the afternoon, Kirkjufell at sunset or sunrise. Self-driving is the practical choice here; the coast road is straightforward in summer, but check road conditions and wind warnings from October to April.

Usually, yes — photographers who list studio sessions either own their space or include the rental in the package, and the price you see at booking is the price you pay. The exception is when you request a specific external studio or a large set for a group; then the photographer will tell you about any extra cost before you confirm, never after. When comparing packages, check what else is bundled: number of edited images, retouching level, and whether an outdoor add-on is possible. Icelandic studios vary from daylight lofts to full-flash setups, so look at the portfolio to see which look you're actually buying.
